Basic Info

  • Overseas Customs Charges

    Import duties and taxes may be charged when the parcel has reached the destination of the customer, which will then be paid but the customer. Unfortunately I don't have any control over these charges as they do vary from county to country.

  • Returns and refunds

    As everything is made to order I don't do returns here at TSM, I do however do free alterations. Yay!

  • Making time

    Everything at TSM is handmade and made to order, which means it does take a wee bit of time to be made with love and care. Orders get shipped as a next day delivery but please allow the time to be made Orders usually take up to 8 weeks to be made (this will be made shorter soon)

  • Clearpay

    Clearpay orders will be with you before the 4 week payment however if there are any delays due to material deliveries or postal delays etc. (I will let you know) it will be with you latest before the 6 week payment. 

UK SHIPPING

All of my orders to the UK are sent by Royal Mail, this is a tracked next day service but can sometimes take up to two days on busier occasions. As soon as the Order has left the studio you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can keep an eye on your parcel

If you are a super busy babe you can let me know if you would like me to put a note on your parcel for any delivery instructions.

If you are not in when the delivery person delivers your parcel you may get a red card with delivery instructions on where to pick it up. Once you have picked it up or arranged a redelivery you can then have sew much fun with your garment!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

I send international orders by Royal mail tracked which estimates to deliver your pieces between 7-10 working days

Import duties or taxes are charged to the customer once the parcel has been shipped and reached the customers country and will receive instruction on how to pay before receiving the parcel. Unfortunately TSM doesn't have any control on these charges and the amounts may vary by country

By law, I must declare my garments at their full price and cannot change this amount to decrease overseas custom fees.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

We can offer an express shipping option on both UK and International orders. If you need your package by a specific date for a special event please email maisie@thatssewmaisie.co.uk straight away to arrange this.

Uk delivery is pretty fast as it is a next day delivery however do message if you have a specific event.

We can discuss the option to get your garment to you as soon as possible. there will be an extra fee for express shipping overseas. I am currently using UPS and they have a range of options we can discuss .
